INSPECTION -
prior to backfill and basement pour, after all plumbing rough-ins are
complete to include foundation drainage and water proofing
Close In INSPECTION -
prior to
insulation and drywall being installed. Includes a visual inspection of
the structure, trusses, sheathing/flashing, plumbing rough-in,
electrical rough-in, workmanship, windows, heating and A/C ducts.
FINAL INSPECTION -
upon
completion of construction and
after utilities are turned on (just prior to the
final walk-through).
